NEW INTAKE TUBE DESIGN WITH MOLDED IN MAF
The best part of this new JLT Big Air is we kicked the cool factor up a notch and molded a 127mm MAF housing right in the tube. This makes a much smoother interior without any transitions, steps or couplers to upset the air flow. Another benefit is the over all look is just plain awesome! Early testing shows this can be used with the stock MAF sensor all the way up to 750 RWHP and well beyond with a MAFia, SCT BA5000 or HPX sensor.

HEAT SHIELD
The ABS plastic heat shield blocks engine heat at idle and low speed. It has two mounting points, a weather strip that seals to the hood, and incorporates the fresh air inlet from the grill.
It uses a large area to make sure the filter has tons of cool air.

AIR FILTER
With a huge 5” opening on the tube we needed a huge filter so we got with S&B and gave them some measurements. We love the tapered flange design and Powerstack filtered ends of their filters and ended up with a monster 5x9” filter, that’s a full 8.25” across at the base and 5.5” at the top.

TUNING
A JLT specific tune is required with this kit.

*TIP* by purchasing a 2nd air filter you can simply swap filters when it's time to clean it and not be rushed. Clean the first filter and it's ready when it's time to change again.
